Privacy Policy — MGKidsMemory
MGKidsMemory by Martin Grey LLP
Effective 30 October 2026
In short: MGKidsMemory does not collect, store or share any personal information. It has no ads, no analytics, no accounts, no chat and no tracking, and the game works without an internet connection.
Who we are
MGKidsMemory (the "App") is a memory (find-the-pair) card game for young children operated by Martin Grey LLP ("we", "us"), a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales under number OC457668, with its registered office at First Floor, Office 3, Hornton Place, London W8 4LZ, United Kingdom. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Use. For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].
What the App does not do
- It does not ask for a name, email address, phone number, photos, voice, location or any other personal information.
- It does not show advertising and does not use advertising identifiers (IDFA / Android Advertising ID) or any other identifier to track the player.
- It does not contain analytics, crash-reporting, push-notification or social-network SDKs, or any other third-party code that collects data.
- It has no accounts, chat or ways to share content with other people.
- It does not send any data to us. We have no servers for this App.
Data stored on the device
The App saves two settings on the device only: whether Full Access has been purchased and whether the music is switched off. They never leave the device and are removed when the App is deleted.
Purchases
Two categories are free. The optional one-time purchase "Full Access" unlocks all categories. Payment is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive your name, email address, payment details or store account information — only the store's confirmation that the purchase was made, which the App checks on the device. Family Sharing and Ask to Buy are managed by Apple; family purchase approvals on Google Play are managed by Google.
Parental gate
Purchases, the "For Parents" menu and every link that leaves the App (rate us, our other apps, our website) are protected by a parental gate — a simple maths question that a young child is unlikely to answer.
Children's privacy
The App is made for children. Because it collects no personal information, it is designed to meet the UK Age Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code), the UK GDPR and EU GDPR (including the rules on children's consent in Article 8), the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Apple App Store Kids Category rules and the Google Play Families Policy. No parental consent for data collection is needed, as nothing is collected. If you believe a child has sent us information, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Emails to us
If you write to [email protected], we use your email address and message only to answer you. We keep the correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your request and to meet legal obligations, and then delete it.
Your rights
You have rights under data protection law, including the right to ask what personal data we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. As the App holds none, such requests will usually be answered with a confirmation. We reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle a request, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We will publish any update at www.martingrey.app and in the App with a new effective date.
